I could notice this small pizzeria restaurant with expat staff every time I was on my way along the beach to surf, and decided to try it with my wife and kid. It was really great. The pasta had a super nice taste of fresh basilicum, the pizza seemed to directly come from Napoli, the large bintang was cold and the service was top. See you soon again for more ...

Came upon Burger Buzz by chance as I was walking and realised the owner/chef is the ex-chef from Zanzibar, a well-known Legian restaurant. Firstly, the menu will surprise you. Its so broad that anyone, except the most finicky, will find something they'll enjoy. Secondly, ALL the food is exceptionally tasty. It doesn't matter if you're looking for a burger, fish and chips, pasta, pizza or mie goreng...you'll find it delicious. Thirdly, even the pizza is made on the spot. Nothing pre-made here. Its a friendly restaurant. Really a super relaxed place to go. Finally, its amazingly well priced. This is just a good, honest restaurant serving tasty, delicious food at an amazingly reasonable price. Go once and you'll go again !

When I was looking at the area around our hotel (Ossotel), I found there was a small alley that lead to Legian beach. Right next to the alley is a small warung that I just ignored. On the way back to our hotel, we stopped and had a drink and got talking to one of the regulars there. He explained that the chef was originally Italian and did the best pizza’s and pasta’s around. We decided to try it the next night and we were so glad we did! We started with a caprese salad. About as simple as it comes, but so much flavour! We then had a ham and cheese sandwich and a ham and mushroom pizza. The pizza was delicious, but we were bowled over by the sandwich. It was made with freshly cooked pizza dough as the bread. With the fresh salad inside, it was sensational! We’ve been back another two times. The next time we went we tried the burrata salad instead of the caprese. Even better! The burrata is very popular and they do run out. The owners wife, who is Balinese, told us that they only have 18 months left on the lease and the rental prices are too high, so they may well move away after that. If this place goes out of business, that will be a major loss to the area. Get there while you can, you won’t be disappointed!

SOOOO glad we dropped into this place early in our Legian visit. Pizza's, pasta's and burgers all amazing. We'd know as we went back 3 times. Great family service all all anchored by an Italian chef who is staying authentic. Its a must in Legian for sure!

This hole in the wall place along Legian Beach is outstanding. The place serves up outstanding pizza, pasta and salads. We have yet to try the burgers and the fish & chips but from what we saw they look really good. One has the feeling of eating in a private kitchen. One could easily think of being in Italy as one is surrounded by the Italian owner/chef and his many Italian friends enjoying the food and beers. A gem of a place with a bright future deserving of a much bigger platform. Well done.

This place is a hidden gem in many ways. It doesn’t loook like much alongside the two big restaurants alongside it, but it quietly pumps out beautiful Italian fare. Then there’s the name - It’s called Burger Buzz, but the highlight is clearly the pizza and pastas! We mainly had pizzas, and they were beautiful. The chef is an Italian bloke and he’s ably assisted by his wife who runs the “front of house”. Yummy food. Try the Burrata if you can!

The food was great, The location was very unique. This restaurant is run by an Italian chef and his Balinese wife, and many Italian/Balinese locals attend. It’s a great place for delicious food. across the road from the beach.

Ate twice here on our visit to Bali this week. Once for dinner and once for a late night pizza. They have the best gluten free wood fire pizzas (my partner is coeliac) and awesome calzones (non-gf) Just across the road from Legian Beach so great to watch the sunset whilst having a beer or soft drink with dinner. Staff are really nice as well which is a bonus!

If you want to eat real pizza and real pasta you have to come here. You can find a thousand other very trendy Italian restaurants in Bali but you will never find the same product! The owner and chef is Italian and cooks with top quality products. The pizza with burrata (authentic) is my favorite. Manuel and Silvia

What a an absolutely amazing surprise. It’s a little place, that’s not too fancy, but has to be the best pizza and burger in town. We’ve been back twice, and possibly a third. The food is authentic. Fresh and flavoursome. I will be missing this place when I get back to Oz as I don’t think I’ve eaten a better pizza. Owners and staff really lovely and genuine.

Excellent pizzas, cold beers, great staff and the chef is Italian. Don't be fooled by the name, they make fantastic pasta and pizza as well. Across the road from the beach. Highly recommend.

We are currently staying in a neighbouring hotel and luckily we decided to pop “next door” to try the Italian fare… Glad we did as everything we have tried so far has been excellent.. we’ve been 4 times already! Lovely fresh pizza (try the Burrata), flavoursome Penne Arrabbiata and many more dishes… If you’re in the area try it out..
