This was the most authentic Italian food I have had since I’ve been to Italy! The pizza is by far the highlight, thin crust wood fired pizza which can only be described as a flavor bomb. The owner Marco comes personally and greets each and every table, you are treated with a complimentary welcome bruschetta and after a meal we were treated to two sets of lemoncello shots on the house. (Which was so very kind and very helpful to my full partner!)
We had pesto gnocchi as well and they were little fluffy clouds of heaven, filling but not over portioned just enough to have dessert afterwards.
The menu is full of variety and the desserts are plenty, we treated ourselves to their gelato bar after our meals being too full to have a proper dessert. The coffee gelato was amazing and so robust. Also the prices of the menu were incredibly cheap, great value for money.
I cannot thank Marco enough and the amazing staff there which were very prompt in their service and always with a smile.
It’s our second night in Legian and what a winner! Will definitely be back before we leave on Tuesday, what a find!

This restaurant is one of our favourites.
Always very popular it has a great atmosphere and good staff.
Excellent Italian dishes and very good Pizzas are their speciality.
They will bring you a complementary bread and oil to start and If you are lucky a nice limenchillo shot after you finish your meal.
We love our visits to Yamma Yaa

We had the ROBE pizza and it was the BEST pizza ever!! The staff and owner were very attentive. Atmosphere was quaint/pleasant. The free bruschetta was also a nice preamble to the meal as we enjoyed some wine. A definite MUST to visit in Bali!

We were staying close by so popped in for dinner.
It’s a very busy little place and the tables turn over fast.
We had a pizza and spaghetti dish. Both were really good.
The pizza was thin and crispy with plenty of topping. Definitely for sharing as it was quite big.
The staff were friendly and the service was really quick.
We had two mains and a drink each (wine and beer) and it came to about £18!
Really good value.
I would say the only downside it that it’s on a very busy road.

Greatest pizza. Luigi the owner is just fun, the kindest and always involved there when we see him.
Real Italian and not like some other places and pizza chef is Italian him self working behind the oven.
Always take my guests there and we won’t stop going here there.

I'm Italian and I can honestly say I haven't had a pizza better than here in my life not to mention the fluffy gnocchi was amazing, as well as the service and prices, I can't fault this restaurant.
The owner make a massive effort with his guests which you don't see often, I can't believe people have rated this less than 5 stars. Do yourself a favour and eat here you will not regret it.

The restaurant was busy but they happily offered our group a table for seven. After being seated we were basically forgotten and had to get up from the table to approach staff for service despite being situated next to the till. Once the order was taken we were never approached again by staff offering service. Six meals came across a 15 minute span and after a further 15 minutes we were still waiting for one meal and when we approached the staff they just wait its coming. Despite the issue with the service the food was OK but there are better restaurants nearby.

A little skeptical about Italian food in Bali, but we were pleasantly surprised. The items we ordered were all well prepared with a truly authentic Italian flavor. We were especially impressed with the Lasagna and the pasta with meatballs. Truly an wonderful experience, in a very unlikely location.

We love Italian pizza and are fussy. I asked do you have chilli oil. Good Italian restaurants. Have it and yes! Here its great. The staff are friendly obliging and helpful snd the food is really fresh and delicious. We will come again Ty for Dewa looking after us. We had a really lovely memorable meal and we recommend- a boomerang restaurant we will be back

Great pizza questionable food service. Ordered our food went to use the restroom the bartender was eating his rice dish with his hands, the chef was eating a bowl of noodles while chopping a salad. Thankfully the pizza cook was just working.

How can the Michelin guide reference such mediocrity?
It makes you wonder if you still need to buy paper guides.
Dry lasagna, uncooked fries, and (a shame in the land of seafood) a Fritto Mixto with frozen squid rounds and nothing else.
It's a good idea for me, what an idea to want to eat Italian in Bali.

Ate at Yamma Yaa, Legian on 29 May 2024 at 14h30. Lovely food, staff and attentiveness. Wonderful location. Seafood pizza the best iv had in the world:-) The two female waitresses, were sweet and efficient, ones name was i think - Karuni, and the other cannot recall, either Ayu or with an 'I'.
The second pizza we had for supper, a chicken and mushroom one, was also fabulous and well made, no soggyness, real passata and ingredients, wood fired and crisp base, very very good. Thanks all of you.

I have been coming to this restaurant since before the pandemic. I normally come once a week.
Unfortunately, my last two visits were disappointing. The pizza is not as good as it once was. Yesterday and the week before, the pizza was too cooked. The spinach were cooked with the pizza (should only have been added after) and were almost burned, not to mention tasteless. Also, some toppings in the menu description were missing.
I was too hungry to too complain, so I ate the pizza, but it was a total disappointment.
The pizza was either made in a hurry or by someone who couldn't be bothered.
I gave the waitress my feedback after I paid.
It's time to find another pizza restaurant.

The ambiance of the restaurant was warm and inviting, and the service was impeccable. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a great Italian meal.
The pizza here is simply amazing! The crust was thin and crispy, and the toppings were fresh and full of flavor.
I would highly recommend Yamma Yaa if you visit Double Six Bali.

It’s really overcrowded in evenings. We came and asked for a table available. A waitress told us the table will be available in 5 mins, showed the table and asked to wait. We were waiting outside. Then another group of people came and she gave them our table. She just forgot about us. Not nice.
