Best food we have eaten this trip so far.

We were looking for Indonesian food it was best place we found..Really enjoyed . I recommend the fried rice and my husband the ribs. Photo of shared dish. Good price.

The food was really not good....

The egg with crab was cold when it came. The kankung almost tasteless. The whole experience apart from the friendly staff was nothing memorable. Disappointed.

Seafood and a lot more

I found they had a lot of variety, the ingredients were all fresh - indeed, some of the ingredients are still swimming in tanks that line one wall. The service was fast and wait time was not long for food.

Nice Seafood Restaurant

Reasonably priced and a very friendly staff. Had a large menu with many different and unique options. Right on the main strip. Would go again!

Still the same great food and service.

We have been to this restaurant on previous visits to Bali and just can't go past the ribs. Again on this trip we visited this restaurant twice. We had friends travelling with us and we recommenced that the ribs were a must have and again we were not disappointed, our guests also had the crab and corn soup as well as the crayfish and all praised the quality and taste of the food. As the restaurant got busy serviced dropped of a bit, but that is to be expected. I have seen a lot of negative reviews but I honestly couldn't complain about the food we had and the restaurant experience,always friendly and polite.

Not a good place to eat.

My wife and I had dinner here 19/06/19. I was going to have fish but on seeing the tank they were in with a dead fish at the bottom and what looked like some sort of fungus on the others I decided to have something else. I had the sweet and sour chicken and fried rice, my wife had the squid. Both were ok but nothing fantastic for the price. Overpriced average food!

Expensive and average food.

I'm sad to say that the most expensive dish was the Jumbo grill, which I ordered. It was priced at $47.50 Australian, which isn't a cheap eat for Indonesia, but when in Rome. It was bland and quite tasteless. I was so disappointed! My wife had the Avocado prawn salad which lacked prawns and yes avocado. We were the only punters and now I see why. Personally there are much nicer restaurants available.

In the hustle and bustle of Legian where restaurants are on every corner and in between, you need to stand out. Some stand out for the amazing food, others for the decor. At this restaurant the food was very nice, but the terrible service let them down. It wasn’t a busy night. We had a table of 3. Two of the meals were served but we had to wait 10 minutes for the third. Instead of talking and giggling out the front it would of perhaps been better for the waitstaff to pay attention and see what was going on at the tables. More training on efficiency perhaps.

My husband had The chilli crab which was good but I had prawn avocado salad which had 4 deep fried prawns 4 bit of avocado cucumber and lots of lettuce I was very disappointed . The prawn were totally dried out. The whole restaurant is totally over priced

Great food

We have walked past this place many times over the years, so this year we deciced to try it out. The food was amazing my pork ribs were great my wife's noodles looked good. Service was fast, drinks cold. It was good enough we come back the very next night. Bali seemed very quiet this trip compared to other years in February, but both nights this place had a lot of people, compared to other Restraunts in the area

Excellent fresh seafood. Much of it available live from tanks in the restaurant. Prices are reasonable. Service very attentive and friendly. The place seems very clean and well organized.

Food not up to standard for expensive price

The service was good. The Lobster Thermidor was riddled with small shell bits which made it difficult to enjoy. The steak was ordered medium/rare with no sauce and came well done with black pepper sauce. All told it has been the most expensive meal during our stay and the least enjoyed. All 3 of us didn't finish our meal.

Great food “but”

Been to this restaurant many times but a recent renovation has seen the prices go up & the portion sizes reduced. The food is still quite good quality but I personally will limit my patronage due to the changes not making it comparative to other restaurants in the area.

Not our best dinner in Bali

We hadn't visited this restaurant previously and decided to give it a try as there were plenty of diners present. We didn't order anything extravagant, I selected a black bean beef and accompanying steamed rice, my wife the stir fried seafood capcay. We enjoyed the garlic bread for starters, tasty and excellent value. I received my main and was nearly finished when my wife's was delivered. I was somewhat disappointed with my meal, tough beef strips and not much of it. However, it was much better than my wife's, the seafood consisted of two tiny prawns and two pieces of squid rings. Not a waiter or waitress making eye contact until they assessed that we wished to pay. At this stage my wife explained the reasons for not eating her meal, the waiter was apologetic and insisted on a replacement. Not sure if she received a fresh meal or if there was seafood added to the leftover, but at least she received more seafood and a better variety. The beers were cold and the whiskey strong.
