This sidewalk eatery was the best lunch and dinner find in Kampot! The food was consistently delicious and some of my favorite of our 3 weeks in Cambodia. The prices were reasonable at around $3.5 per entree and included a lot of chicken and vegetables. Also a huge portion of rice. I always left so full! Not everything was always... More

Kind family run restaurant w very salty food. English comprehension good. Full family in kitchen, lots happening, take a peak--before you sit. Ate there four times: Soup had raman base packet loaded with a chemical that stunted breathing.. Curry was flavorful but so salty tongue went numb. Eggs heavily salted even when ordered 'without". French fries come with no salt!... More

was really happy to be staying across the road from this little Gem.. prices are really cheap, but the food doesnt match the price in quality and taste. Mango shake was bloody tasty ... and at $1 ... who can complain about that. in our few times dining there... there was always a few options on the menu that were... More

The first time we ordered the veg. noodle soup and a local chicken stirfry dish with puréed herbs (1.5 + 3.5). The soup was average with the broth obviously instant and quite salty. The stirfry was pretty decent but not amazing for the price. The second time we got the veg fried noodles and beef lok lak, both were way... More

The value here is good, but the food is mediocre. If you want a sit down place that serves beer and you are trying to spend as little as possible for that, then this is your place. The food is perfectly edible, but if you really enjoy good food and have even 2 extra dollars to spend on it, you... More

Food was really good and the prices were great. One dollar for two fried eggs and a baguette -can't beat that! Yes service can be a little slow but isn't that the same everywhere in Cambodia. Besides, what's the rush! Draught beer is served from a keg connected to an ice cooler with a tap attached - classic!

Why is so highly rated? Because if a not expensive and they serve khmer food really tasty. Of course don't expect a western restaurant. It's just a family restaurant. In a quiet street in the quiet Kampot city. You can host in the Nyny gh, one of the best value hotels in town.

Just do not get this place. we eventually found it after a long wet walk in the darkness only to find a shack! Not what we expected at all. despite being the only guests food took an age and while pretty good and cheap, was not exactly amazing. It could be that we got them on a off night as... More

Had dinner twice here whilst staying in Kampot and both meals were fantastic. Try the red soup and baguette. Delicious. Service was really good and the owner took time to chat to us. All in all a great wee find in Kampot.
