Went on St. Patricks day and was not impressed with restaurant or staff. Restaurant was only about 25% full. When I walked in they were mopping the floor. When we ordered after about 10+ minutes we were told not everything was ready and would not...More

We stopped here for breakfast and it did not disappoint! Service was super fast, the biscuits were amazing and they don’t lie when they say breakfast is available 8 Days A Week! Highly recommended.

We went on a Sunday morning for a quiet breakfast. Fast service, excellent specials, fair prices with small charges for premium upgrades (homemade preserves, real maple syrup, etc) and biscuits the size of your head! Looks like a hole in the wall from the outside,...More

In the last 2 months, We have eaten 3 times at this so-called Diner. 1st time the hostess just passed over us. Food was ok. 2nd time was just blah! prompt service but basic breakfast fare just lukewarm and totally lacked flavor. 3rd-time same deal....More

Small diner. Everything inside is worn and old. I suppose they consider it character. The food was average. Fried eggs, grits, toast was like everyone else's. The coffee was good. They're specialty is huge biscuits. They're too big and dry. Average place, nothing great.

This was our (myself, wife, two grandsons, and their mother) first visit to the Smith St. Diner. It was moderately busy and noisy. The service was good; we were promptly seated, drink orders were taken and delivered quickly. We had an egg omelette with home...More

This is a very old diner and looks that way. I got a hamburger and fries. I'd say that the place is average and nothing spectacular. Parking is a bit tough due to location, but the service was good and waitress and everyone in there...More

The former reviewer is correct that the biscuits are dry, hard, and crumbly. I will add they they are also stale! This is a shame because the biscuits looks so tasty. I appreciate the authentic decor, but “authentic” doesn’t have to mean dirty. Please wipe...More
