Went based on a recommendation. Place was full so grabbed a seat at the 2 floor bar. First thing we noticed was several kids running and screaming like maniacs. Made a comment to the bar tender and was told they are the owners kids he can't say anything and apologized. Did expect a quite night out at this type of... More

Simply a Greensboro institution. Great beer, solid pub fare (GREAT CHIPS) and a welcoming crew. You can dine al fresco or shoot some pool. It's all good and very Greensboroian!

We visited Natty Green's in downtown Greensboro for lunch in late December. We were there about 1 o'clock, but the restaurant was not very busy since a lot of the offices downtown were closed taking a holiday. The food was fine. The menu was somewhat limited - guess the focus is more on the beer than the food. What we... More

A friend and I were traveling from Washington DC to Atlanta and stopped overnight in Greensboro. She knew about Natty Greene's, so we decided that was the place to go for some good beers and food. What a great evening! We arrived before it got packed, but indeed, the place filled up to SRO (standing room only). The bartender, whose... More

Stopped in on a Friday for Dinner and place was pretty busy, but was able to find a bar seat right away. Bartenders were awesome, quick to get you a drink and were knowledgeable about the beer and food, really liked the layout of the building and made for a great atmosphere.

Went here for dinner, had a nice beer and a good burger. Atmosphere ok, service ok, price ok. Nothing really that stood out, either positively or negatively. Would go again.

Impressive two level and patio local brew pub with a great local beer selection, decent food, few games, occasionall live music and growlers to bring home.

I ordered a ordered salad with grilled chicken. The chicken was so dry and overcooked you could hardly swallow it. My sister ordered the Shrimp and Grits that arrived barely warm; however, the dish was too spicy hot. The shrimp was over cooked the same as the chicken and equally as dry. The beer is definitely overrated. The thing Natty... More

The birthplace of Natty Greene's is a great place to get the full Natty's experience. Twelve taps serve up the brews we're most famous for, plus a rotation of brewhouse exclusives, seasonals and one-of-a-kind inventions. Enjoy family-friendly dining on the first floor or stop by to hoist a pint of our finest in the second floor taproom.
