Waiter was very kind and helpful. I had a ceaser salad with chicken, I had to request extra dress but tasted delicious.
this place has good food and a slightly inflated price, but they are slow -- partly due to the popularity of this location in the shopping area... very tasty pastrami and corned beef... good soups.... nice salad bar.......

At Jay's, my two picky eaters get reliable, consistent favorites. For me, there is enough variety that I don't mind going frequently. Service is friendly, atmosphere is very casual. This is a classic, tried and true Greensboro establishment.
