This place is very popular, and I think management feels like they can get by with higher prices and lower quality food. In particular the rib eye steak. They charge enough to let it be good quality. The show was good though and the service acceptable. Probably my last visit.
The tables seat about 8 people, so if you don't have a large group when you make the reservation, they'll probably seat you with other people. The manager (Koba) vehemently explained we could not request a server & then refused to allow us to sit at her table...proceeding to seat customers who came in after us at her table. He was unnecessarily rude to a paying family of 4. The... More
We came because we had coupons from the last visit that didn't go well. Nothing due to service , just disgusting fish and very fatty filet mignon. I have tried so many other Japanese restaurants around the Triad and outside the state, but none can compare to the taste and quality of Arigatos in Greensboro. This has become my whole family's favorite place to eat.
Top notch food, service, and cooks. Reservations are recommended and there is a small waiting area with a bar. They also have a small such sushi bar. The beers selection is a bit lacking like most oriental restaurants but they have improved a little over the years.
