First Time visiting the brewery. Thank you Ed and Tony for making it the best experience by providing the best service. Most memorable night in gatlinburg. We will be back.

We decided to go here for dinner based on TripAdvisor reviews. They did not disappoint. We had a couple of the beers on tap, fried pickles, pretzels, a calzone and the margherita pizza. Everything was delicious and our waitress, Becky, was great!

We stopped in a late dinner. Staff was very friendly. The boneless wings with thunder sauce were so good! The pizza & local beers were great too. Live music & lots of tvs were just a bonus!

I can't believe I haven't written a review about this place before. We eat here like 5 times on our vacation. Love the pretzels and beer cheese. Love the mac n cheese and Rueben. All the craft beers and our favorite sassafras bartender Ed. It's a must visit for craft beer and food lovers a like.

This restaurant is pretty good. You sit on the second level of the restaurant and it has a sports bar type feel. The food is average, but the beer is great! They have a sampler option where you get to choose which beers you'd like to try and they come in 5oz glasses!

We always visit the Smokey Mountain Brewery when we're in town. It never disappoints us. I tried the blackberry margarita. It was delicious. It wasn't too sweet. My husband had a seasonal IPA. He said it was really good. The food is always good. We always order the pretzels with beer cheese and get the macaroni and cheese for a... More

If you're here just for beer, you will be very satisfied. They offer their own light, IPA, APA, stout, and more. It's pretty darn good. The food isn't bad, either, but I'm not sure I'd call it a value. It's typical brew food; burgers, sandwiches, and pizzas. You park for free on the Parkway if you save your receipt, so... More

I had a gluten free pizza. I would only give it an ok rating. It didn't taste quite done. My son had the wings and enjoyed them. My husband said it was the best ever! My daughter also really enjoyed her meatball sub.

We love this place so much we ate here twice this trip once for lunch right after we go into town and again the next night for dinner. For lunch we had an amazing server named Nick! We got a pizza and since we like them all we asked Nick his favorite and he said the brewmaster so that's what... More

Serve Simple Foods Whatever the specific restaurant concept, the ability to create menu items in a consistently excellent manner is directly related to ease of production and simplicity of presentation. Consistency at a high level is always more important than innovation. Use The Finest quality Ingredients There is no more essential factor in a successful menu program than the quality of ingredients used in food preparation. Starting with the best is the only possible way to end up with the best. Keep The Environment Clean, Organized and In Proper Working Order Concern for the guest means being attentive to all environmental details from maintenance of the physical plant to the personal grooming of each individual employee. Cleanliness and order are the keys to building guest confidence in the establishment. Make Memorable Moments It is the perfecting of all the little details in a restaurant that makes the guest's dining experience a memorable one. With every action, the appropriate question is: does this act show a commitment to excellence and respect for the patronage of the guest? Work As a Team Ease, efficiency and enjoyment of the restaurant experience, for both employees and guests, is directly related to the level of respect, support and cooperation among the staff. Any restaurant guest is everybody's guest; any restaurant responsibility is everybody's responsibility.
