The B&B is beautiful but the rest is poor. Breakfast was just ok. We were expecting better service and food. The baked items were the texture and taste of preserved, we felt they were not fresh baked. You also needed to ask for refills on coffee. The room was clean and the bed slept well if you could sleep with... More

Dear Kathy, I am so sorry if you feel we dropped the ball. One of our most complimented things is our food. We make the breakfast bread EACH morning after breakfast, then we begin on that nights dessert, unless it is something that requires "resting" overnight. The two nights of coconut dessert was ABSOLUTELY a miss. We keep a detailed... More

The Eight Gables Inn is wonderful. The included breakfast is delicious and filing. The room was very nice. The location is near the border between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge, making travel to both very convenient, but also adjacent to the bypass around Gatlinburg, so that we could avoid the congestion and traffic in Gatlinburg on our trips to the Great... Thank you Darrel and Heather for the kind review! We are glad you enjoyed your stay and hope your next visit you will allow some quality porch/hammock time! Late September-October is the most visited time in the Smokies ( hint...noisiest, most crowded). Try us in the off season--watch FB--that's where you will find the "off" season specials. Thank you again... More

Mixed a little pleasure and business with a few days of rest and relaxation and business. Accommodations were very cozy and comfortable. Outstanding breakfasts and southern hospitality. Highly recommend this great B&B.

This is a perfect place for a quite get away. The grounds are pretty. The rooms are clean, big and comfortable. The breakfast is great but the evening dessert is even better. The location is also a plus.

When we first arrived at this wonderful inn, I thought to myself that it was much too nice a place for the likes of me.. Dorsey, who checked us in and was very helpful getting us settled, suggested that they would be happy to have me anyway. Our room was really a suite, very comfortable and very well appointed. It... We have visited bed and breakfast venues before, but this was one of the best that we had experienced. The entire staff was wonderful, the accommodations were great, and each breakfast was excellent. The Inn is located just off the main strip, but secluded enough that you feel like you are in a cabin in the woods. Perfect!

The Inn (as usual) is extremely quiet, comfortable, accessible. The food is excellent as is the Staff. You will NEVER be disappointed at this location. We stayed at the facility set apart from the Inn itself (up the hill) with a suite layout and an awesome Jacuzzi on our way to Charleston and a two night stay on our return.... More

We were greeted like royalty when we arrived and before unloading the car we were shown around what is the most glorious place to stay. We were in the Bed of Roses room which was very spacious and comfortable with all needs catered for. Downstairs there is a drink station with tea and coffee available to you all day and... More
