The baskets are the best deal in town. Otherwise the portions are modest, and the prices are lower than the other places we looked at. Everything we had was wonderful, but the potato cakes were the best.

Eggs, hash browns, sour dough toast --- what could be better😬. The hash browns were so good - exactly the way we like them!! Our waitress was Ainura - sweet girl and very efficient.

My favorite down home place for fish. Either for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Nothing fancy, but good comfort food, and plenty of it. If you have room, have the delicious pies baked by the fantastic Pie Place!

This cafe is highly rated and earns every star. Highly recommend the hash browns deluxe and the pancakes. One of our favorite breakfast places in Minnesota

The breakfast here reminded me of having a big Sunday breakfast with Mom and Dad! Everything reminds me of the great homemade food you have when families gather.

My husband was thrilled he could get walleye for breakfast. I had eggs and bacon and they were fine- nothing to brag about. The hot chocolate tasted like Swiss Miss or packaged-so a bit disappointed with it. Great location
I have only stopped by for breakfast, with that being said every time I am in Grand Marais I stop by for their breakfasts. Wild rice blueberry pancakes are my Achilles heal.
