The food is really good. The portions are huge. They have a special lunch deal - you get a huge bowl of delicious soup (today they had 3 to choose from) and main dish for just $11. For 3 of us we decided to take this lunch special, one appetizer (pierogis), and Plate of Polish Specialties. Everything was delicious, but... More

We had a lovely dinner with wild mushroom soup, Lamb (medium done), NY steak. Zywiec beer and glass of red Cabernet wine completed the meal. Wild mushroom soup is from original dried then soaked mushroom - excellent, and unique. Lamb was well prepared, and so was steak. Recommend lage Zywiec beer ($6) to go with food. Excellent place. A very nice place in the heart of Greenpoint. Typically Polish food which nowadays is not so easy to find in Poland. Very nice and helpful staff. A very nice ambiance. An amazing choice of alcoholic beverages.

Excellent polish food- authentic and large selection, large portions, right price and great atmosphere. You can enjoy old country decor and folk costumes. Great location, in heart of Greenpoint.

Food was delicious and atmosphere was great... Noticed that most of the patrons spoke Polish. When the customer base is as authentic as the food, it is a really good choice in my book.

My husband and I ate here tonight. We have been here several times before for lunch and always enjoy it. Tonight I had the mixed platter which comes with kielbasa, pierogies, hunter stew, a large delicious stuffed cabbage, and two delicate crunchy potato pancakes. All this for $13.00. The food is fresh and delicious. We also shared an apple pie... More

As a Polish American girl from CT I was expecting something good from Greenpoint. I was hopeful since I took someone I am dating who is from Ecuador. Well he was very much impressed as I was. The decor is great and the staff wear authentic Polish clothing. The food is tasty and very good. Not as good as my... More
