This little gem is located in Carrol Gardens, an Italian-American section of Brooklyn. Food and service were very good. Prices are reasonable. The restaurant is BYOB which saved on the bill.

There are a lot of Italian restaurants in this part of Brooklyn. We selected Fragole because of their menu and because the interior is so pleasant and inviting. It's a totally charming neighborhood bistro, just our kind of place. We had very good meals of...More
Consistently good Italian food in a small intimate well staffed local restaurant. Been coming here for several years and it never disappoints.
Nice setting for a brunch. We enjoy the cocktail special and recommend the blood orange mimosas. Service was attentive and friendly. Black spaghetti was spicy and very flavorful. Prosciutto and homemade mozzarella are very good. Pretty and romantic ambiance. Good value as well.

We have been there many many times, never ever disappointed. Somewhat crowded seating, but I think that's a charm not a complaint. You get to talk to your neighbors.
