My boyfriend and I went here on a Friday night and we absolutely loved it! It is a hipster atmosphere, very casual, perfect for Williamsburg. It is very quaint with genuine Austin Texas BBQ influences. They offered crafts beers and IPAs with their own signature drinks. Happy hour specials were available as well. The brisket was to die for! Dry... More

it's quite small place so in the evenings full. We had brisket and pulled pork and both was delicious. It wasn't marinated in lots of spices. Only salt and maybe sugar. No sauce was needed because it was so juicy. For me, more bread could come along and beer is terrible pricey, but it is everywhere in NY.

Food was delicious. For 3, we ordered 1/2 lb. of brisket and of ribs. Plenty of meat. The ribs were amazing. We also had the mac & cheese (very good), collard greens (standard), beans (pleasantly different, tomato base). I felt for sharing and that it was lunch, the cost was a bit steep.

The food tastes ok, but it comes in very small portions, and is overpriced for the small amount you get. There are better places for BBQ.

Food tastes pretty good (we ate the pulled pork and turkey), but portion sizes are very small and I thought it was hugely overpriced for what you got. I was disappointed that BBQ and fries weren't offered as sides. I've eaten some of the best BBQ in the world, and this, sadly, doesn't compare. With its cool look it'll appeal... More

For me, a BBQ place is slow cooked meat giving it a nice smoking flavor and then topped with a delicious BBQ sauce. That is not what Brisket Town is about. I was disappointed. The restaurant is small, cute, booths and tables. The menu offers the meats ordered by the pound. And sides come in cereal sized bowls, so they... More

Found this place courtesy of Brooklyn Magazine and it was everything we hoped it would be. Brisket was out of this world, as was the mac and cheese and the blueberry cream pie. Staff were exceptional.

We stumbled there after a few drinks and were charmed by the simple and genuine decor. Then came the food: delicious slow cooked barbecued meat, creamy and fresh potato salad. Oh, and we were extra greedy and ordered the mac & cheese, and that was heavenly too! The portions were very big (like in most places in NYC) and I... More

The place is laid back, so cool and the food was amazing. Best hangover cure, the Mac and cheese was to die for. Had the pulled pork for a main washed down with a couple of Brooklyn Pilsner. Staff were all lovely and attentive. So happy we chose to eat there, I waddled off a happy man 😀
