We had coffee and some lunch here, the coffee is good, soup was pretty good too! The only issue we had was that it was a little pricey.

Always bustling local meet-up place. They roast their own coffee; make a variety of flat breads and pizzas in wood fired oven; selection of salads, sandwiches and desserts. Wifi.

We came here for an espresso on our last day in Fairbanks. Its a popular place with the locals, and there was a line all the way to the door. Not the speediest service, but the coffee was good.

I was never able to like anything here besides crème-brulee. Their coffee is acid to the level of causing acid reflux. Pizzas are hard, salads - boring. Quiches are eatable but no more than that. Guest often look crappy that doesn't help your appetite. Wi-Fi works. Service is slow, line is usually long.

Went here to visit with a friend and had great coffee and good food. They have a nice selection of coffee to choose from and it is ground fresh if you would like to have it ground. The food is all very good.

Alaska Coffee Roasting Company is a nice little coffee joint near the University of Alaska. It is usually not super busy in such a way that it is crowded, but you may wait in line for up to five minutes. The building area which they use is small but large enough where it feels spacious. The parking is close by... More

Only in Fairbanks for 2 days, and went here twice for coffee and snacks. Guess we got lucky since we didn't wait very long either time. It was busy, but the servers were attentive and quick. We had cinnamon rolls, quiche and a caramel nut roll with coffees the first time. The Breve coffees were outstanding, and the hot cocoa... More

I enjoyed my cinnamon roll and latte for breakfast. Service was quick and professional. Ask for the WiFi password when ordering.

We were leaving Fairbanks today and just wanted to pick up coffee and a pastry to eat on our way out of town. Just something quick and easy. This wasn't the place for quick and easy - especially at 9:00 on a Saturdy morning. We waited over half an hour to get our food and coffee. The problem was there... More
