We went for breakfast and had a selection of their heart offerings. All of them were tasty and came out quickly. The coffee was delicious and all in all it was a lovely breakfast. We were able to sit outside although they have plenty of inside seating. The staff was friendly.

This downtown hole-in-the-wall is great for lunch, and we love going when the weather is nice to sit outside. Staff is always friendly, food is always tasty.

Because of late night Northern Lights viewing we missed the continental breakfast at Springhill Suites. Since the River City Cafe is next door we headed over. Coffee was good, food was good and the service was excellent. We would definitely recommend grabbing a coffee or a bite to eat there.

Great service, killer hot cocoa and breve on a chilly day. We had the peanut butter cookies which rate as probably the best I've ever had! Artistic displays in the dining area. Highly recommend.

This cafe is tucked into a nook off of 2nd avenue. The building and the location of the cafe doesn't do it justice. Serves Kaladi Brother coffee and has an ok menu choice for quick bites. One big plus is they offer different types of bread for sandwiches including gluten free. The Gluten free bread was dry and a tad... More

We visited the river city cafe several times during our visit to Fairbanks . On each occasion the service was courteous and helpful. Snacks - toasted sandwiches utterly delicious. A good find .

We ordered sandwiches for our work and they were just ok. Nothing special but nothing wrong with it either. All of our choices could have used more sauce. The Reuben, Italian, and buffalo chicken all were lacking their respective sauces.

We popped over here while waiting for the Ice Museum Tour to open. Nice lattes and the menu choice goes far beyond a muffin. Nice vibe.

Coffee is the only thing we have bought here, but we are pretty fussy (none of the brewed stuff for us) and both times it was up to standard. Very quick service.
