Stopped in for dinner on the last night I was in Fairbanks. Decided to splurge and add a couple of sushi rolls to my entree of dolsot bibimbap (a delicious type of fried rice). Both sushi rolls were fresh and tasty and HUGE! Way bigger than I expected. They also start you off with edamame, and an appetizer, as well... More

Taking a chance on this restaurant was a really good idea! Both the food and service were excellent and the interior is nicely decorated and clean. All the staff, cooks & waitress, were so friendly. I will be back.

Stayed in Fairbanks 5 nights, and went here twice. It was open when we wanted dinner at 4pm, and there always appeared to be a number of families and couples there, even on the weekdays. The sushi was excellent, rice was perfect texture and everything tasted just right. We had a roll that had crab, shrimp and cucumber and the... More

When I realized that Fairbanks (and Alaska) seemed to be a popular tourist destination for people from Japan, I expected to find quality sushi in the area but I was disappointed. The staff were mainly friendly and we received warm hand towels, but the food did not meet my expectations. Even if I hadn't of expected it to be better... More

Very clean, the food was tasty, and the hostess was really friendly. I will say that the waitress in training did forget to serve us our miso soup in the beginning, but they made up for it. Overall, great experience, clean restaurant, friendly service, and yummy food.

Have been to many Japanese Restaurants / Sushi establishments in Japan, and this one doesn't quite fit the bill. Don't take my word for it.........Take a trip to Anchorage and search out the authentic, and you'll be surprised what differences you will find, and the way in which the fish is prepared and presented. Truly an art form. It's like... More

I love the extras they provide each meal, you will not only walk away full, but wanting to come back soon for more! They offer the best sushi in town, great prices, and always with exceptional customer service.

Went here during a 3-day visit to Fairbanks and was very pleasantly surprised with the high quality of the sashimi and other Japanese food. The ambiance was decent,. service was fantastic, and the price was not as high as we'd expected for the location and quality of food and service. We liked it so much we ate there three times... Went in for a late lunch. The food was ok, but to be fair we didn't try the sushi. The service was quick and friendly, and the portions were very large. The place was clean enough and the decor acceptable. With all the options in the Fairbanks area I'm not sure if we would go back.
