We popped in here after our trolley tour guide told us they have the best pot pies in the area. He was not wrong. They were delicious!

The restaurant is very small, so not ideal for larger families. The food, however, is very good. All of the members of my family enjoyed their pie selection, ranging from sausage rolls to steak to chicken pies.

We were pleasantly surprised with how delicious everything was. We came in at dinner time, not really sure what we wanted, but were more than satisfied. My husband had the beef and mushroom pie and I had the spinach and feta roll. They were both...More

Thank you! Super glad to hear you had such a pleasant experience, and enjoyed the food and sitting outside as well as the atmostphere of the store. Please come back soon and see us!

We got breakfast pasties and they were tasty and filling! Traditional British fare includes a variety of pasties and pot pies- so don't be surprised when you find this here. It's very good and the lady who owns it is delightful.

I have to say that this place is really good if you have that craving for a London traditional Pie flavor, also their sweet pies are awesome, the only reason is that I'm not giving them a 4 or 5 is because eating there feels...More

Wow... usually we hear 'adorable' and 'cute decor'. 'Depressing old community store' is certainly a new one. Strange that you received excellent service and food and chose to trash us online anyway. It truly is impossible to please everyone. Thank you for visiting.

Delightful little place in the corner. The lady at the counter was a sweetheart. The pot pies were delicious. We actually went twice in one day because it was so good.

We went here on a food tour, then came back to get a breakfast of quiche, sausage rolls, ham & cheese roll, etc. Luckily there were 5 of us eating, so we could sample so many different items. Friendly staff that helped me choose our...More

Firstly I am an ex pat Brit, living in the US for the past 7 years. I really miss the savoury pies from back home and always indulge in a little pork pie action when I go back, so to discover Pie Society was intriguing:...More

This is not your run of the mill bakery/coffee shop. It is well worth a visit to this tiny, quaint, and not at all pretentious establishment whether you want a snack or a whole meal.

We came here based on the reviews and the menu. It was not what I expected—very small, order at the counter and they hand you your food. Not sit down with a server. I had quiche, and they heated it up in the microwave. It...More

Thank you for your kind words about the food and for visiting us. It is actually impossible for us to wait on tables as our store is so small, because we get so busy and end up disturbing everyone trying to bring the food out....More

Unfortunately, I am far to be sure. My first impression would be that it is against all odds because they are replicating old british recipes and one of the keys of their success is their crust. Is there many tasteful crusts... More

There are a few tables there that you can order from the counter and eat there (very casual) otherwise you order to go. They are wonderful!

Description
Pie Society is a traditional British Bakery serving up authentic, delicious savory and sweet pies, pasties, quiches and desserts. We are a British-owned, family company with locations in City Market in Downtown Savannah and in Pooler near the Tanger Outlets. We hand-make all our products daily, using only the best ingredients. Stop in for a cup of tea served in a china pot, a handmade meat pie or a slice of Bakewell Tart- a delicious almond cake originating from the home county of our owners!
