For the most part, the food was excellent. Everyone was more than pleased except for me. I didn’t care for the shrimp and grits. The flavors were good but I just didn’t like the way it was prepared. Too dry for my taste. One other...More

Of all the restaurants we had booked in Savannah, I was most excited about Alligator Soul. Unfortunately, it did not deliver. Our server was obviously very knowledgeable about the ingredients and the cooking processes for all the dishes, explaining with such details that it was...More

we had a nice time at Alligator Soul, but were disappointed by the food. Service was excellent however. Do not order their version of beignets... center was undercooked with raw dough inside.

Loved this place. I ate elk and my wife had shrimps with grits. Really enjoyed the food; the two man jazz group (who played on the 29/09/2017) were really good. Go to this place if you are in town.

Absolutely! We took our 11 month old and he loved it. He ate everything and the staff ate him up. He even wore is alligator shirt. And older kids would find the seating in the basement really cool.
