The restaurant is physically lovely. The unobstructed sunset view is spectacular. It is set up for fine dining, but is not at all stuffy. You can dress up or wear nice jeans. It is perfect for a business dinner or for a nice meal with the family. The wait staff is prompt, courteous and friendly. My husband says his steak... More

Was really looking forward to dinner at Aqueous after reading such positive reviews. We made reservations for our 12 year anniversary with high expectations. To begin with the menu online is a sample menu and does not reflect the actual menu. Not sure why a business can not post their current menu. The restaurant prides themselves with excellent service, yet... More

We were recently at Nemacolin and had dinner on Saturday night at Aqueous. Carol was our server and she was extremely attentive and professional and made our dinner memorable. It is a steak restaurant and they were cooked to perfection and complimented by the delicious sauces that you could choose. Prices are expensive but well worth the portion size and... More

Food is totally outstanding. Steaks are tops. Also any feature is a good selection. Food is fresh and hot. Best restaurant on the property! Service is second to none. Have gone often even the wait staff remember you. Chef always hits it out of the park every night. Truly the best restaurant in the area.

Wow well we really treated ourselves to a fancy meal here at Nemicolin's steakhouse! We also splurged on the lobster bisque! YUMMY! I got the NY Strip and the blue cheese butter -- Excellent and the hubs had the RIbeye. We lived like kings! Excellent Service

Enjoyed having dinner at Aqueous. The menu was different, but the sides or "opportunities" were great. A fabulous mac n cheese and the whipped potatoes with a truffle gravy was to die for. Good wine list. The only drawback wasn't the food, but the acoustics. It was so loud that it was sometimes hard to hear my husband talk and... More

Nestled inside Nemacolin Woodlands Resort's AAA Five-Diamond Falling Rock Boutique Hotel, Aqueous boasts table to ceiling views of the magnificent Pennsylvania Laurel Highlands and the 18th hole of the Pete Dye designed, PGA tour-tested, Mystic Rock Golf Course.

The cuisine at Aqueous takes the upscale steakhouse concept to an entirely new level. The menu features American Cuisine using the finest domestic ingredients with strong emphasis on local product & seasonal cooking.

In conjunction with cuisine comes the love of wine. Aqueous offers guests a relaxed, yet personalized sommelier service.
