First time in Baltimore on business and Roy's was across the street from the hotel. Great appetizers and cocktails with a cool atmosphere for dinner. Mid to upper scale pricing but I left happy. Would eat here again.

Stopped infor an early dinner in bathe bar. Service was good and food was very good (lobster dumplings and crab fried rice). Ordered off happy hour menu so price was excellent.

I didn't want this dining experience to end! The blackened island ahi was a delight to taste. The sides (rice and bok choy) brought excellent flavor on their own. Cocktails were on point. Chocolate souffle was the best I ever had!

Visiting Baltimore and staying at hotel next door we decided to find place to unwind and relax. Roy’s is Hawaiian themed and have the drinks to take you away on a beach vacation. Nice atmosphere. The food menu looked interesting

Arrived to a very warm restaurant on our Anniversary, only to find out later that the A/C was broken. We were extremely hungry and hopeful, so we stayed, but the family next to us left shortly after being seated. Ordered seafood samplers, a side of...More

This is our third time at this Roy's restaurant. The food continues to be exceptional, great selection, very eclectic fusion of Asian/Polynesian, quick service and reasonably priced. That being said, there is something wrong with the air conditioning. The restaurant was at least 85 degrees,...More

No dress code that they enforce...there were people dressed up, and there were people in jeans with nice dress shirts. I always call to make sure...I have two growing teenage boys, and can’t keep up with buying dress... More

From Roy's, it is a short walk to Landing 8, the stop for Harbor East. You will need to consult their webpage, Baltimore Water Taxi, (not allowed to post HTML here) and check times and days.
