Just a couple blocks South of the Inner Harbor,Thai Yum is an unpretentious little restaurant with fabulous food. Very, consistent - I've been three times and have not had a bad or even mediocre meal yet.

Visiting a friend who normally goes to the Thai across the street from this place and she wanted to try Thai Yum so we did. We were not disappointed! We had chicken Lahb which was so fresh and delicious!! Then we had chicken massaman and Pad Thai. Both delish..

My friends are split between Thai Yum and Thai Arroy (across the street) when discussing their favorite Thai restaurants in Baltimore. For me, it's a no brainer. Tommy and Penny are amazing. My fiancee and I eat here pretty regularly. Penny knows each of our orders and our preferences by heart, and she always cooks the meal exactly to our... More

A friend and I found this place when in Baltimore for a conference. We both had curries which had fresh veggies and basil in them. Definitely recommend this restaurant to others and in a nice walkable neighborhood too.

We went with a group of 6 after the Ravens game (and we sadly lost) but we were able to walk here from the stadium in about 15 minutes or so. We had an app of spring rolls which were very taste lay, and my favorite- steamed dumplings! I ordered mild green curry with tofu and I found it very... More

In Federal Hill, there are two options for Thai Food. There's Thai Arroy that everyone (including myself) seems to know and love, and then right across the street is Thai Yum. In the interest of trying everything that this city has to offer, my friend and I headed to Thai Yum. After looking over the menu, we decided to start... More

Good take-out thai food. Tried the pad thai, drunken noodles and pad se-ew, all with chicken. Drunken noodles were very spicy, as indicated on the menu but still good. The pad thai was great, really good stuff. Se-ew was average, great steamed veggies. Overall, a good meal.

I grew up with plentiful Asian cuisine so I am picky. I ate here for lunch on a business trip and the food was excellent - fresh, and prepared with care by the owner. I'd be happy if I had a place like this one closer to home.

It should have been better. There's very nice Thai art on the walls, classy not cheesy art. My server was Thai; I practiced the few Thai words I know with him. And there was real Thai music playing from a laptop. But the Pad Thai wasn't authentic and didn't taste like Pad Thai. Finely chopped red and green peppers don't... More
