The lump crab and crab mac & cheese was excellent. Liked the specialty cocktail with pineapple juice, cranberry juice and tito’s. Service was outstanding

Phillips is a chain, but with consistent service. On the harbor, it's flagship restaurant, it is large, well decorated and setup. A medium size bar. Large seasonal outdoors seating. A large menu with happy hour specials. Wine and crabcake sandwich with fries caught my appetite....More

The food was ok but nothing espectacular, they had a special for 5 usd that didn't look anything like the picture, had to ask a couple of time for stuff, the place is very nice but its not up to standards!

The food was tasteless and the serving sizes were small. I've been to this restaurant 10 years ago and after dumping $200 on a dinner I wished that I would have never gone back. The menu has been cut to one page which indicated to...More

The food is fine. However, you can get much better seafood at smaller local restaurants in Fells Point. I suggest heading over there, maybe take a walk along the water, and grabbing one of the local microbrews. I’ve lived in Baltimore for 12 years and...More

Great service from hostesses, waiters, and management. Enjoyed the appetizer, entrée and dessert. I am originally from New England so the clam chowder was mediocre but everything else was fine. Would definitely dine there again - had a wonderful experience!

Great food and service. Can’t make a trip to Baltimore without going to Phillips for crab cakes and soup. They have been around for a while and know what they are doing!!!

There was a sign on the door facing the street that said Valet parking, but no one was manning it. I'd call before you go

Description
Classic Casual Dining: Phillips' new Baltimore location is an exciting and easy blend of vintage and modern, with a nod to the longstanding tradition of Phillips restaurants. Phillips at the Power Plant sits directly on the water, just a few steps away from the old Light Street Pavilion location, in the iconic renovated Power Plant industrial building. The innovative redesign of the interior by Carl Myers and Marcie DeLaRosa shows off gleaming, rich woods and jewel toned stained glass fixtures, distressed finishes and antiqued mirrors juxtaposed with a modern, open kitchen.
