When in Baltimore I always eat here. It's best coming during the week or at a time that's not a rush hour to avoid a wait. The lobster roll for lunch is terrific

Phillips seafood is a upscale nice restaurant. While they are a five star restaurant their happy hour and lunch menus are a steal. The corn beef and crab cake sandwich is reason enough to go.

Crab cakes were a bit fishy and had more filler then I care for. Defiantly better places at the harbor to get seafood. Staff was friendly but the wait to sit was long. Nothing new for summer though.

Had lunch at Phillips. Delicious chicken meatballs. The shrimp roll was fresh and well seasoned. Oysters are so fresh, they shuck them right there.

Do not go here for Baltimore crab cakes. The food in general was not good. I wouldn't recommend this place

Took out of town visitors here after an awesome day at the National Aquarium right next door. There was no wait; even though the place was busy. Lots of seating. We had the famous crabcakes and they did not disappoint. DELISH!!

After spending considerable time on the Eastern Shore, returning to Phillips was a bit of a let down. Good food, but expensive, especially for a lunch. Nice service though.

Plenty of seating here, and the staff is quick and efficient. Good selection of beer and wine, and mixed drinks were well prepared. I had the crab-stuffed shrimp and asparagus, which was perfectly portioned and delicious.

We went for lunch the weekend before Valentine's and we enjoyed. They were running an oyster special that was absolutely delicious! I joined their eclub before going to get a free appetizer before going and it was easy to use. We liked it and would return if in the area.

I had read so much about the seafood specialties of Baltimore that I was determined to sample the finest during my brief stay - and at Phillip's, we were not disappointed! Excellent service, a great attention to detail (especially when I had to address an allergy problem with one course that they replaced free of charge in an instant) and... More

Description
Classic Casual Dining: Phillips' new Baltimore location is an exciting and easy blend of vintage and modern, with a nod to the longstanding tradition of Phillips restaurants. Phillips at the Power Plant sits directly on the water, just a few steps away from the old Light Street Pavilion location, in the iconic renovated Power Plant industrial building. The innovative redesign of the interior by Carl Myers and Marcie DeLaRosa shows off gleaming, rich woods and jewel toned stained glass fixtures, distressed finishes and antiqued mirrors juxtaposed with a modern, open kitchen.
