My wife and I walked the short distance from the Hampton Inn on the Astoria Riverwalk to the Rogue Distillery; it is on the end of a pier. We were just going to order drinks, but instead, she ordered a bowl of chili, and I ordered a bowl of clam chowder. Both were very good (I sneaked a couple of... More

The waiter was nice and helpful. when we asked for a nice pale ale he brought us just what we wanted. The deep fried cheese curds with jalapeño jelly were fabulous! The chowder is not as thick as most but had the best flavor of any we've had out here so far (we have 3.5 days left, so...:~)

The location out on a pier in the Columbia river makes for great views. The food and service was good. They started us out with a free sample of the beer of the day!

Driving out on to a pier is exciting in itself. I really wanted to enjoy this place. I have great memories of the Newport location. Unfortunately the physical location and decor is where the fun stops. There is a sign that says "please wait to be seated" so we stood at the door a while before being noticed. Finally someone... Just like in Newport where they started out, this is a great place. Beautiful view. You can go a short walk to see the sea lions interact. We sat outside on a picnic bench with our grand dog K. They are dog friendly and the food and drinks are superb. This is a rainy weather city. You can't sit outside... More

What is the nectar of the gods, you ask? Double Chocolate Stout. It has just a hint of chocolate and isn't sweet. Oh my. A man could get hooked on that. Oh wait. I already am.

Horrible service. We got there around 1:05pm and at 2:30pm still hadn't been served food, when all the tables around us were being served. We ended up walking out. I will never go back

First visit and was impressed by the Tuna fish and chips. First time ever that I had fresh tuna in a beer batter and deep fried. The fish and French fries where not greasy or soft. The chef really knew what he was doing. My wife smoked Salmon chowder was great. The beer choices where great and easily to par... More

Awesome setting with seals barking on the breakwater. Good eats and great choice of beer. Lots to choose from to take home with you as well. Definitely worth a stop! 👍🍻
