The jumbo prawns and grits were excellent and the butternut squash fritter spectacular. Nice wine list and a great atmosphere in one of the beautiful old buildings in Down town Astoria.

Let’s start by saying that we found the food at Carruthers to be excellent. On arriving for our reservation we were told there was room for us “in the lounge.” A little strange but the lounge was quieter than the main dining room so no...More

Came with my wife and a college friend as she gave us a tour of Astoria. We just had a couple appetizers so I cannot recommend other dishes, but the Brussels sprouts rocked. They were spicy with cashews and just delicious. Best ever!

It would, but it's the owner's cell phone....which last week was answered in Tokyo. I'd suggest using Facebook to make Rez. You'll really enjoy the experience....
