If you are handicapped you will have to sit outside or walk up a couple of steps. Food is great especially the pancakes.

Tiny hole in the wall place and unassuming when you walk in. Chili is home made and cheesesteaks are out of this world.

I am not sure of restaurants that have gluten free items on the menu. There are three grocery stores in town. So you can get items that fit your needs.
