Last week was my first visit, and I can't wait to go back. The streets vendors have the freshest foods for prices much lower than the grocery store--and fresher!!! Claudio's and Talluto's--excellent in every way.

Fun and exciting venue where you can buy or just look! Goes back a long time and some places are classics.

We had only a couple of hours here, but we saw that we could certainly find plenty to eat here either in restaurants or in stores where we bought snacks to take with us. I'd like to return!

I just came back from the market (Thursday 10am) and am very tired. I had to park way far away and walk in this heat. Once there there are some great finds, so it's worth it if you are able to carry a few heavy bags around (I'm not a city person). I loved Talluto's, Isgro pastries, DiBruno Brothers and... More

If you like a little urban edge in your life --- authentic food and authentic characters --- this is a place to visit. We live in walking distance, so we go every week. We especially like to show people from the suburbs what they are missing.

It was fantastic to be able to eat and purchase foods we love but are not available in our current area of Virginia. Highly recommend

W either you want Italian, Greek, Chinese food or crafts, homemade baked good to organic meats this place will have it. In two hours I didn't get to see it all. I'll go back to Phili just to go here.

If you like great fresh and unique food head to the Italian Market. we always go to DeBruno Brothers for gourmet cheeses and meats. If you don't know much about cheese the friendly educated staff will teach you. up the street to Sarrconnes Bakery for break and the best pizza money can buy.

LOVED this place, planning to return in October 2016: wandering along the streets; viewing the multifarious stores, stalls and shops; smelling the exotic orient in the spice stores; viewing the fresh meats and fish... And the cheeses ... OMG the cheeses!!! Did not know that places such as this market still existed: good prices; wonderful selection; treasures on every corner... More
