Food was excellent. Place was super kitschy. Fun vibe and only a few blocks from Edgar Allen Poe’s house and museum. Makes for a fun afternoon!!

Friendly staff, delicious food, interesting drinks. I keep coming back to this place it's never exactly the same - but always delicious. Such positive energy. It's just good to be here.

Dear Silk City, This is basically a love letter to you. You are an anomaly that sounds ridiculous that isn't: a night club that is also an old-school diner. When I was 22 (in 2008) and new to Philadelphia, this was my go-to spot. The...More

Nice diner with a full bar, it is right across from the new Yards brew house. The "food network" pork empanadas were great. Good local beer at reasonable prices. Worth a visit.

Meter parking, but there is enough parking for you. I was lucky enough to get parking directly across the street.
