I sat at the bar and thoroughly enjoyed my conversation with the bartender. He knew more about really good restaurants in my home town of Kansas City than I did!! The cocktail was amazing, too. Great ambiance and vibe.

I'm staying at the hotel, and the kitchen handles the room service. Room service was fast, and the smoked salmon dip was very good Highly recommend.

The cod served on a bed of shredded pork sounds very odd, but boy was it good. Everything we ordered was good. Friendly wait staff too!

I enjoyed wonderful steak tartar when there. Obviously raw beef is gluten free! Chef Jorge Chicas is extremely talented, Like any good chef he should be able to accommodate dietary issues like yours.
