Mediterranean, Greek, and Indian food; This place was awesome! The lamb Ouzi for 2 was so tasty. Lamb korma and lamb shawarma were so tasty. They have the best hummus I've ever tasted!!!

Great food. Small family restaurant where the mom cooks and helps you order. Highly recommend it. Great weekday restaurant.

Very unpleasant experience. When we came they had zero clients in the restaurant. It should have been a warning sign for me, but we decided to give it a try. My husband ordered a dish with lamb meat and I ordered filet mignon. They brought me meat, which did not have anything to do with filet mignon. It was hardly... More

Wonderful gracious owner who cooks and presents with pride each dish. Expect to spend about 1.5 hours and $65 per couple for appetizers, top selections, dessert and Turkish coffee. Of course you can eat for less than this but why skip the heavenly hummus, the tiny sweet sweet desserts, or the mind blowing Arabic coffee. Previous reviewers who complained about... More

I was there yesterday with my girlfriend and we had a starter of lentils, veal steak and a vegetarian dish. It was awesome because simple and you can really taste the homemade cousin. The owner is very friendly and it was lovely to have a chat with him! Suggested

Was very pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food at this little corner store front, located across the street from the bastion of old time Philly dive's, Dirty Franks. The name of the restaurant and lack of decor can be off putting but the graciousness of the owner, Amen, and the incredible food prepared by his wife, more than... More

We made a dinner of soups and appetizers. Everything was fresh, delicious, and nicely presented. The house-made pita bread was the best we've every tasted. Other diners we could see had main courses that looked equally good. Good size portions. The waiter (and husband of the chef), Ibrahim (not sure of the spelling) was very helpful and friendly. For desert,... More

Imam, your host is a gracious man. The lamb shwarma is to die for. The shish kebobs are delectable. The specials are always enticing & delightful. BYOB

As a vegetarian, it can be tough to find decent options while traveling - King Tut had many dishes for me to choose from. I went with a friend for dinner. A couple at an adjacent table were smoking hookah, and I could not smell anything... which was so remarkable that my dining partner and I had a conversation about... More

We had a restaurant.com coupon for $25 off a $37.50 dinner so it was a no-brainer to go here when we didn't feel like cooking one night. It is a bit shabby inside and please turn the lights down, but both the quantity and quality of the middle eastern fare was to our liking. The portions are very generous and... More
