We loved trying all the new and different flavors. Really innovative and something you can't find just anywhere. Servings are very small - eat slowly! Our Chocolate Uber Crunch dessert was needed to round out the meal (and feel full for those of us not...More

Each dish was a work of art, perfectly prepared and imaginatively seasoned. Portions were small, but their recommended three course meal was enough. I should have skipped dessert (a fourth course) but am glad I didn’t. The tables are well spaced, not jammed together, but...More

$70 for some carrots and potatoes and pretzel bread would be too simple. They make simple things taste amazing and the fact it’s all vegan is icing on the non-dairy cake. The rutabaga cheese is simply amazing. The mushrooms, well I’ll save the trouble; everything...More

Vedge is an excellent and unique dining experience. While I won't say every dish was delicious each was fascinating, beautifully presented and enjoyable. The Rutabega Fondue served with Pretzel Bread was something I would happily eat every day and the Summer & Autumn Squash risotto...More

Yes, this is an expensive restaurant, and yes, it really is for vegetables, but even meat eaters will enjoy the expressive, complex flavors that can be found here. The carrots are truly fantastic, and I will be back (again).

Why: Okay so you aren't a vegetarian. Suggest you dine anyways for a delightful culinary experience. I was struck by the inventive approach adopted to enhance the flavors and the artful displays to make a meat or fish lover forget it's all about vegetables now....More

I have driven by Vedge multiple times and finally made a dinner reservation, even though I am not vegetarian, the menu looked appetizing. I ordered the Funky Kimchee, the Chopped Salad, and the Grilled Seitan (very good, some of the best I have had). Very...More

We had to work pretty far ahead for a reservation. It was worth the effort. We are not vegan but really enjoyed the variety of flavors and textures of what we ordered. Started with rutabaga fondue with soft pretzel for dipping. Really intriguing. Also grilled...More

Stopped in without reservation on a beautiful Thursday night. Restaurant was near filled, but they got us a nice table towards the back where I could hear reasonably well. On line you think they have nice selections for $13 or $17. But it takes two...More

Start with two and, if you're enjoying yourselves and are not full, order some more. It comes relatively quickly.

The rooms are large with plenty of space between tables. I don't remember thinking it was loud at all. I enjoyed the atmosphere.
