We loved this restaurant. The interior and exterior is so lovely. We loved the cask beer!! Our food was great and our waitress was top notch. I kept catching her checking on us, but not interrupting our conversation - that was great!!!

This place sits on a street corner and is not well market, but finding it is worth the effort. Comfortable close quarters inside with both bar, and table seating on two levels. Very nice staff, helpful in navigating the menu, and delivery of service that...More

We were looking for a place to eat in the Rittenhouse area and happened onto The Dandelion. Great British pub food in a very nice and cozy setting in two old houses. The fish and chips were great and served with a flair. The triple...More

What a Quirky place and do go in as the entrance is just the start and leads you to a pandora of treats. Lovely staff and great menu. Lots of happy hour bargains. Lovely choice.

We are English, so it's difficult to impress us with English food made abroad. They try really hard. I did enjoy the rabbit pie and the chicken and duck parfait was really good. I found it really expensive for what you get though. Shepard's pie...More

We went here for lunch because the couple whose wedding we went to the day before had had their first date there. It is a welcoming roomy place with a good menu and range of drinks. Can recommend the dandelion salad and mussels. As we...More

Brother in town visiting and he was staying just up the street, so we chose this because it was just a few blocks away [was raining], because a British pub sounded intriguing, and knew that any Steven Starr eatery would be top rate. We were...More

These tourists rented city bikes, rode to Rittenhouse and then did a drink walk-about back to the hotel; called it such because the drinking was too fancy and expensive to be a bar crawl. No food at this stop but we wished we had because...More

Three of us were in Philly for a girls' getaway, and the Dandelion was recommended for dinner. The atmosphere and appearance of the restaurant are so cool! Each room was decorated differently. We sat by the window on the second floor. I really enjoyed my...More

Get Steven Starr pub. Good draft beer choices. Nicely done fish and chips. Pub decor. A bit loud in the bar, but friendly

Susan, give the restaurant a call. They serve alcohol, not a BYOB place. They have many unique spaces for dining

There is no particular dress code. You can always feel comfortable if you go neat and clean with clothes in good repair. I always like the very casual but very expensive look....
