This place is so crowded during dinners, you have to wait for more than an hour if you show up without reservation. Although they offer drinks to waiting customers, it can get quite tiresome standing for an hour if you aren't lucky enough to get a waiting seat. However, the receptionist (Ana) was very patient with me and suggested me... More

The meal I had at Zahav was truly one of the best meals I've ever had. Sitting at the Chef's bar I had prime view of both the kitchen and the expo station. I started with the Turkish hummus which is served hot with butter and garlic on top and with a manhole cover-sized piece of laffa bread. I also... More

We did a big group trip to Zahav, and found it interesting and engaging. The atmosphere is pleasant and not too formal. It's a place for a date, business dinner, or family outing. The food is great and different. There are a lot of small plates for people to get and share. The most interesting dish we tried were the... More

Can't miss when you are in Philly. Take some friends and get the sampler. The drinks were out of control and the sampler was more than enough food for 4 hungry dudes.

We've eaten here many times over the years. Amazing food and excellent service make for a great dining experience. If you can splurge, go for the tasting menu and wine pairing. The only downside is that Zahav is so popular it is difficult to get reservations. If you're flexible, you can try and go early and eat at the bar... More

This restaurant is hard to get into but well worth it if you get a reservation. The hummus was the best I've ever eaten and the crispy cauliflower was delicious. We tried the chef's taster menu and were able to try a wide variety of offerings. Honestly, everything we had was so tasty and fresh. I would love to return... More

This is a great place. The food is amazing and the service is perfect. Prices are not that high if the food quality is considered. No need to book if you eat at the bar and you're willing to wait up a bit.

We tried to make reservations on Wed for Saturday and they were booked. The hostess explained they do accommodate walk-ins to sit at the bar so we gave it a shot. We waited for an hour and the hostesses took drink orders, the Whiskey Hariff was excellent. We were seated at the bar which turned out to be a great... More
