We had sushi and a salad there and although service was good and the quality of the fish o.k. it was an average meal - especially considering the rather stiff prices.

We went here for dinner on Wednesday night before Opening Day for ski season. The service was great and the ambiance was amazing. This is a gorgeous restaurant and bar located in the Westin Monache. Our server was very nice, prompt and helpful. We each had a cocktail (or two). I had the raspberry gimlet and my husband had the... More

We stopped in on a !onday night for their 1/2 off sushi special which was probably not the best thing to order here. We sat at the bar which is comfortable and great to watch a game. The bartenders were all very nice and attentive. After perusing the sushi specials menu we decided to just order off the regular menu... More

We enjoyed the excellent breakfast at the Whitebark - the menu offers a variety of healthy options as well as the more traditional egg dishes and pancakes.

I think I've been to the Y Park for over seven years and lately I feel the service is really dropped off. If it was not for Kenny I probably would not even come in. Used to be so personal and everyone in your name now with the turnover at Spencer different. Bring back Carol and Jeremy for some home... More

We arrived in mammoth lakes after a long trip from Monterey and the restaurant looked good, the menu was excellent and if you wanted sushi it was there. I settled for the garlic half chicken. It's poached and then roasted which makes it succulent. Accompanied by asparagus and potatoes; lovely. A bottle of merlot and coffee. Chris was the perfect... More

Great staff at this hotel and restaurant, but the food? Well, its terrible. Not just bad, its expensive too. It started out well enough with friendly service, but when the friendly waiter told us about another restaurant down the road with great food.. I started to get worried. I should have gone with my gut, and followed his directions! Food... More

The child's menu is limited. We came in late to eat dinner after a long drive. The duck breast was overcooked, tough, and a bit cold. The duck leg was stringy and tasted like they put it in the fryer. Mac and cheese was decent. The tomato soup was too salty and concentrated, it may have been on the stove... More

I had breakfast here. The views from the restaurant are lovely. The food is fine and the staff are friendly. Good choice in Mammoth for proper breakfast

Had some drinks and light bites to eat at the bar the night of my arrival. It was okay. Nothing to write home about and the bartender had a strange affect. It was almost as if he hated his job, but knew to overcompensate but just revealed anyway a certain contempt for us. I have a idealist view of hospitality... More
