The salsa was totally lacking in chunks of tomato, onion or anything else. It was more like a puree. Chips were warm when they came out but cooled off quickly and a little less tasty. The mini super burrito was not as good as the last time. The cheese covered the burrito so it was very difficult to figure out... More

I don't come here for the food, I come here to get wasted. If you've had a bad day, a bad Juan will melt that stress right away! 2 is a good limit.

Approaching Elsa's, its definitely a hole in the wall. But the food is worth waiting for. We had the chimi's, fajita burrito, and quesadillas. It was packed on Friday night, but the servers were very good. Definitely going back again!!

Stopped in here one day for lunch to try it out. Overall, I enjoyed it, but it was not especially authentic Mexican food. It was more like what a gringo would do at home... grab a tortilla out of a package from the grocery and open a can of re-fried beans. But they do have it prepared for you and... More

I've never ordered food at Elsa's since I didn't want to ruin a $50 drunk on a $5 hamburger but there were people streaming in to eat it seemed. I was there for the Bad Juan and once again, they did not disappoint! The bar area was standing room only for people wanting these diabolical little delights. The bar staff... More

Sure, before authentic restaurants starting appearing in the dayton area, Elsa's was considered authentic. OMG, this place really bites. The beans come out of a can and they don't even time the time to mash them so they could possibly look like refried beans. The food is tasteless and very expensive. Not worth the trip unless you want to have... More

The food here is decent, but you should really go here for the Bad Juan margaritas! We celebrate everyone's 21st birthday here.

I love this place and the atmosphere! I've been coming here for years and would highy recommend the amazing staff, awesome food and in my opinion the #1 margaritas in town! This place truly is my cheers. My friends and I have the best time at Elsa's!

My fiance & I love the margaritas at the Elsa's in Centerville. The wait staff, management and "regulars" are absolutely incredible. They always treat you like family. The Mexican food is pretty decent, but the wings & pizza are the best. If you are looking for a fun place to kick back, relax and meet new people - this is... More

This is one of the places I go regularly because the food is always great and they have the best margaritas in town, the Bad Juan. The Mimi super is always great and I love their quesadillas! They have great wings and great appetizers too. My only problem is they changed the salsa recently and now instead of being salsa... More
