Not my usual Starbucks, I live on the west side and stopped her while running errands on the east side of town. The store was busy, the staff was all hard at work, the store was clean and restroom looked like it had just been cleaned. Made for a pleasant stop.
Of the many Starbucks stores I've visited (I confess, I'm a bit of a Starbucks fiend), this was one of the more friendly stores I've visited. They cheerfully made our tiramisu latte less sweet than normal, and served my brewed coffee just right. It was curious to me that the Starbucks locations I've visited so far in El Paso only... More
I was amazed it took only 3 trips for all of the staff to know what I wanted and every day it was made before I could order it. Great Store
Loved the customer service. We were treated very well even though they were busy. Two things I think need improvement on. First, more seating is needed here. A few more seats could be added, for example one table could go around the corner near bathroom. Second, please have a few more porcelain coffee mugs for in house coffee, cheaper for... More
The location of this Starbucks is very close to the El Paso convention center. And because it is downtown, it was very busy when I stopped in about 9:30 on a Wednesday. It took a while for my brew to arrive but with the line of people, I knew why. Also, they seemed to be out of a lot of... More
I am somewhat off coffee during this vegetarian phase of my life, but, heck, on Veteran's Day.I was giddy with good feelings even though I am not a combat veteran (unless you count fighting with the first class). I was listening to one of my favorite am stations just up the road in New Mexico and heard that we Vets... More
The Barista got our coffee absolutely perfect. The service was fast and efficient, and We got exactly what we asked for exactly the way we wanted it. The only complaint I have is that we asked to purchase 2 of the reusable cups and the cashier didn't ascertain that they actually had them in stock before she rang them up.... More
When I asked for decaf, they had none brewed and I asked for a Pour-over. The barista had never done one before and was happy to learn from another gal. In a different Starbucks location, when decaf was not freshly brewed, I was offered a Venti at 50cents when I offered to wait for a fresh pot.
I love the welcome friendly smiles I get even as I frequent the drive thru. My drinks are perfect and the only time it wasnt, it was immediately replaced with a perfect one.
