I am always suspicious when a restaurant tries to do too many things - this is certainly not the case at Tony's, they do Bar-B-Q and they do it well, very well. Locals all know this stop, and it is unusual not to run into someone each time you go. The staff likes what they do, it shows, and I... More

We were in town for a tennis tournament. 7 of us descended on Tony's at 11am and found that they almost their entire menu ready to go. It's not in the best part of town as you notice a lot of razor wire in the area. However, it's been my experience that some of the best food can be found... More

It had been over ten years since I had the opportunity to come back to Tony's The Pit Bar-B-Que and I remembered why I had enjoyed it so much when I came before. Tony's is an El Paso Old School Pit Bar-B-Que joint and is a must stop when you come to El Paso. I recommend the Brisket Sandwhich and... More

Ordered the two meat plate, chicken and beef. Both were good, just a little too much time perfecting the bagging but never been disappointed.

I've enjoyed a number of menu items, mostly the brisket sandwich...not sure I like the shredded or sliced the most, but with burnt ends, it's even better. Excellent meat quality and smoked flavor, and something I never saw even 21 years in New Mexico...a touch of green chile added to the sauce. Do this!

Excellent BBQ. Very reasonable price. Hole in the wall location. We are on a NM TX road trip and this is our best dining experience so far. No as in NO frills. Just good food. A beer would have been nice.... Free wifi a plus.

Ate here for the first time. Called ahead and ordered a feast for four--brisket, chicken, sausage and pork with chili, potato, and macaroni salad. All delicious. Ladies who helped me were very nice and helpful. Try this place for sure!

Looking for a place for lunch and found this in our GPS. Driving to the location the street looked empty and a bit run-down, but the restaurant itself looked fine with several people going in and out. A sign outside said that it has been in business since 1958. We were not disappointed! Tried one beef and one pork sandwich... More
