Cafe Central is right in downtown el Paso, nice restaurant, very good music live, good service. It is sophisticated but still with a taste of family. It is hard for me to chose on dish but the Duck is amazing and the smoked black rice with it makes a dish to remember.

Our hotel suggested Cafe Central for our one night in El Paso. We were seated near the singer and musician, which reminded us very much of a 70's lounge act,,,seating in another room would have been better. The wine list was good..and priced reasonably. We enjoyed the caesar salad & beet tower as well as the salmon and duck breast.... More

When you have reservations at a restaurant of this caliber you shouldn't have to wait while the hostess figures out where to seat you when the place is half full. The waitress shouldn't have to have an explanation of what a prixe fixe menu is and especially if you tell her it means a tasting. If you order a whiskey... More

Still (after so many years) the best in town. A beautifull Setting, incredible wine-list, A knowledgable sommelier. Service at it's best and mouthwatering food. Yes, it is a bit pricey, but rest assured: worth every dime.

I can't begin to express the delight in a dining experience which begins at the door. By far our "go-to" restaurant for dining as a couple. The food......the service.....the experience; beyond superb. A must.

We were in town for a theater show and picked this restaurant based on recommendations from various friends. We made reservations based on anticipated traffic and arrived early. That was no problem, but I will say the table was tiny. Someone asked one of us if we wanted them to make it bigger (it goes to round) but she said... More

If you are looking for something that is delicious this is the place to eat. I have eaten here several times when visiting family. I would have dinner and go see a broadway play at the Plaza Hotel just right next door to each other.

Cafe Central is in the middle of Downtown El Paso. It is a very romantic restaurant with soft lightning and an amazing staff. It is a little bit pricey but if you want to impress a date this is the place to go. I recommend the rack of lamb.

This is the best restaurant in El Paso and maybe the best restaurant within 300 miles. I'm not kidding. Fabulous menu, great wine list, outstanding service. If you are in El Paso, or even near it, and you want a great dining experience check it out.
