This is my favorite place and I'll make the drive from St. George for a Hermie's burger and fried mushrooms. The remodel was needed as was done great! Old school drive-in food done right

The recent renovation at hermies looks great! I love the new layout of the dining area, as well as the look, and clarity, of their menu. I highly recommend the Navajo Taco's (fry bread with chili on it).

The food was delicious, but that is not why I will go back. I will go to Hermies again every time I stop in Cedar City, because the service was second to none. They are so kind.

Love their fries and English chips. Burgers & sandwiches are unique and yummy. Their crushed ice in sodas is amazing and makes the soda so much better. But they are on the expensive side for fast food and they charge for refills on drinks after the first one.

After driving around town trying to decide what we wanted to eat, the greasy burger craving hit. We stopped by hermies for the first time in several years to see what the food was like now. The burgers themselves were surprisingly good and were quickly served to us. The mozzarella sticks were just above average, slightly over fried and not... More

The food was good the service is poor! This was our first time dining here and we needed a moment to look over the menu board. We had a couple of questions about the menu and the staff wasn't really too interested in answering our questions as they were more interested in their conversation between themselves. We enjoyed the set... More

Hermies is the traditional red and white burger restaurant. They feature a variety of burgers, fries and shakes. Their special is the Hermie's burger where the burger is topped with pastrami. Burgers are made with real beef. Food is tasty and servings are generous. There is a park next door with picnic tables, which was a bonus when we ate... More

We tried this 50s diner on our latest visit to Cedar City. I had the Jalapeño burger and fried mushrooms. My wife had the Navajo taco. My burger was slightly burnt but still pretty tasty. The fried mushrooms were very good and even better dipped into the fry sauce! My wife said the taco was very good as well. The... More

Excellent little burger joint! Everything on the menu is worth a try. Fresh hot food brought to your table by friendly staff. My son and I can split a Hermie Burger and small fries. Good kids menu, too.
