Costa Vida is great for a fast food delicious Mexican meal. Try their sweet pork burrito smothered in sweet sauce. YUM We go to Costa Vida over Cafe Rio all the time. Food is better.

Traveling through Utah for vacation. Thought we would try this. Does not compare to chipotle. Wish we would have went elsewhere

Our group of University students were on our way from Salt Lake to St. George, we have been up since 3am to attend a conference up north. We decide to hold off on eating in Salt Lake and instead eat in Cedar. We get to the Cafe Rio and get in line and start ordering our meals. I ordered the... More

The place was clean and the staff was pleasant enough and the prices were okay, but... apparently they're unaware that Mexican food should have at least a little spiciness. Seriously, Taco Bell has more kick.

I was pleasantly surprised to find a gluten-free fast food restaurant with delicious Mexican food. They do use flour tortillas but they offer options to avoid that. The staff handle each order with a new set of gloves. They know about celiac and gluten sensitivity and are very friendly and helpful in making the order to please the customer. This... More

Rice and/or beans were very salty, burrito had very little chicken inside, food was overpriced, not very tasty, music was too loud and unpleasant, cafeteria-style service. Extra charge to put a little sauce on top of the burrito. Won't go back. There are at least five Mexican food restaurants within a half-mile of each other: Costa Vida, La Gringa, Lupita's,... More

We've been to other Costa Vidas, so we had a good idea of what to expect. Their enchiladas are really good as are the baja bowls. Were were unimpressed with the tortilla soup. It was quick and close to the interstate.

This Costa Vida, like many of the other Costa Vidas, offers everything gluten-free except flour tortillas. They know what gluten-free/celiac means. They wash hands and change gloves without reminding, making sure to minimize cross-contamination. The people working at this one are very friendly and conscientious. This one is highly recommended.

Great food, big portions, great price. Try the meal of the day comes with a drink and it's cheaper, 7 different days of food. Friendly efficient staff.

This is a nice change from the Cafe Rio salad although the idea is the same. It just has a different taste.
