Evocative of the small home town grill locally run and patrolled by the locals. The breakfast selections were primarily eggs in various forms, pancakes, waffles, and the expected sides. We both had a short stack of pancakes. I had a side order of a sausage patty. The "patty" was the size of a chicken pot pie! The food was very... More

I had breakfast here mid morning when there were perhaps 7 or 8 other people in the restaurant, service was quick and friendly. The restaurant has a long bar (where I sat) and a row of tables. Breakfast is served until they close at 2, lunch from 11. The menu has all the traditional American favorites on it at reasonable... More

Stopped in on a rainy Thursday morning....two seats left at the counter. Nice. The place was extremely busy with only two servers! apparently the construction crews had to wait out the rain and decided to have b-fast. My wife ordered the 'John Wayne' a whole pile of food in which she ordered de-constructed' home fries, tortillas, eggs, spanish sauce and... More

A group of six couples went there for breakfast. I was quite surprised that the wait staff handled so many so well. The breakfasts were all good but none of us ordered anything that was very difficult.

Stopped for lunch and ordered a BLT. Never knew a BLT could consist of hard, crunchy, white toast, with stone cold bacon. Service was ok, food quality awful.

We stopped in because we needed lunch after we checked out of our hotel. This was just steps away! My husband was excited that they were still serving breakfast and quickly ordered the biscuits and gravy which he enjoyed and said were good! While I indulged in the onion rings. The service was prompt and good!! We would go again.
