I ate outside with my son on a lovely Spring week day. The staff was very nice and accommodating. My only complaint is that I ordered a drink that had prosecco, grapefruit juice and campari and requested no campari. The manager tried to convince me that it was better with Campari and I wouldn't even taste it and I explained... More

My friends and I came across this restaurant by chance, and are so glad we did. They offer a prix fixe for $25 which is a bargain, including 2 glasses of champagne and coffee! The staff are friendly and helpful, the ambience is good and the restaurant itself is very well laid out.

As a native New Yorker, I have visited Harlem a lot over the years. In 2000, Settepani opened and I stumbled into it intrigued by the idea of an Italian restaurant in Harlem. Since then, it has become my favorite hangout "uptown" whether for a drink at the bar or for dinner. Frequented by the locals, it manages to combine... More

We dined there around 6 times over a 9 day period and to be honest this was the best food and service that we received during our north American trip .

We ate on a Wed evening about 5 pm. My wife's sister is 83 and lives about 10 blocks away in subsidized housing. She chose the restaurant and I picked up the tab. $105 for three of us plus the tip. Good for NYC. I am 78. We are from Michigan and are at the rv park in Croton-on-Hudson. I... More

Settepani was a favorite spot for friends and I for many years. Today's service was unbelievably poor. We ordered three different times and no one seemed to be able to understand our order. We departed in frustration and unfed. Very discouraging. Ah sigh...

The four of us greatly enjoyed our meals sitting outdoors at the Settepani on a very hot Harlem summer night. The service was very prompt and friendly and the owner even came by for a quick chat as we finished eating. We had pasta dishes - gnocchi and linguini with clams - that were both extremely tasty. We highly recommend... More

Nice venue with outdoor seating and quieter seating with tablecloths inside so you get to pick. Lots of choices of appetizers and mains which are very good and a cut above the norm for flavours. Fairly quick service and food delivery. Good range of beers on tap. Wines as well. Recommended.

Very enjoyable meal in Harlem, all 4 meals were at a high standard and came out quickly. Really impressed with the service from all the waiters definitely the friendliest we found in New York. The owner is also very welcoming and likes to have a chat. Overall very nice meals and a good Atmosphere made it an enjoyable night.
