We ate breakfast here while staying at the London NYC hotel. The food quality was good, but the service, while polite and warm, was suboptimal. I did not feel that my needs were being anticipated or met. Once went in for a salad in the afternoon, and after reminding them that I had to get to theatre, my order never... More

Breakfast is OK Dinner is Good Service is bad: We requested utensils three times and all of them where dirty. Sugar was provided in a bowl without any tongs...i can only imagine how many people touched those sugar cubes before us.

The food was very good, but the menu was limited. Great service. Good wine list. Business crowd during the day and cocktail time and then more of a mixed crowd for the evening.

This is the 4th time i have been to this hotel bar. The service is quick, and they always have plenty of staff for the crowd. the bartender remembered me from 6 months ago! The drinks are amazing and the bathrooms are very nice and clean. What is a gut check though is the price! Our drinks were $20 each!!!!!... More

We expected this place to be Gordon Ramsay's restaurant (as it used to be), but it was not. Still it is a wonderful place. It was really cosy, tasty and very good service.

The breakfast buffet was varied and good with pots of coffee at the table. We decided to try lunch one afternoon, both the niciose and the ceasar salad were underwhelming in both their freshness and flavors. However, the mushroom ravioli special was superb.

Beautiful bar, and quite lively. Whether or not you stay in the hotel it is a great place to stop in and have a cocktail.

Generous pour and unassuming for a Hotel Bar in a city full of bars. Your typical Hotel Bar. Last call is at 1:00 am

Staying in Midtown

Neighbourhood Profile
Midtown
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit—spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's heaven where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit the Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
