ate here very late night with a friend after a night at the bars. Ordered the egg rolls, salt squid and duck and an order of snails (which we tasted but I ate the following morning for breakfast at the hotel) food was perfectly flavored...More

Went here with local friends after months of hearing how great it is, and it did not disappoint. As a "country boy" of sorts this felt like the most authentic "cultural" experience of my trip to the city, and I can't wait to go back...More

We have heard about Wo Hops from friends and decided to go here on vacation. Well worth the walk. Food was great and is served sort of family style. It is cash only so be prepared.

Based on trip advisor reviews we decided our Chinatown meal would be here. On arrival I suspect there was similar clientele as there was such a range of ages and nationalities. We ordered several things to try them out and found all pretty much inedible....More

This is definitely a "hole in the wall" restaurant. It's on a really classic street in the middle of Chinatown and is a basement restaurant. The food was great, quantity was more than enough, and wait staff was nice enough. Definitely would recommend for a...More

You want to be downstairs when you go. It's small, and you may have to wait, but it's worth it and lives up to the hype and awards hanging on its walls. My husband and I each had a veggie egg roll, then split a...More

Smaller establishment because it's located under a store in China town and has a basement like feeling but the food was amazing. Bring cash... cash only!

I'm a massive Chinese food fan and searched out what was supposed to be the best Chinese in Chinatown Manhattan. It took us ages to find the place (not the venues fault (just my ineptitude)) when we arrived there was a queue of 8 or...More

I have been going to Wo Hop....DOWNSTAIRS....for over 35 years. It is a must eat at when in Chinatown. It is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. It never closes, try the dumplings, they never disappoint !

Bursting with an amazing array of sights, sounds, and
smells on every block, a visit to Chinatown feels like
entering a different world. It’s a colorful spectacle
that gets even more crowded on weekends, when families
stream in to enjoy huge dim sum feasts and to stock up
at the markets on Mott Street. To take a break from
the buzz, grab something sweet from one of the many
bakeries in the area and head to Columbus Park, where

I didn't see it on the menu and I think that i would have noticed. Maybe its one of those things which only get served if you ask for it.
