I've eaten at Kefi since it opened on 79th St, but it has been more than a year since I was last there. Overall the food is good and the vibe is nice. Last night they tried to seat us downstairs (even though it was...More

Huge space. Friendly staff. Good place for groups. Loved the tzaziki. Didn't come with enough pita bread. Waitress asked if we'd like more pita. Saw on the check that we were charged $1.50 for extra side of pita bread. Super uncomfortable chairs. More suitable for...More

Went for an early Sunday afternoon lunch - at 12:00, they were serving both brunch and lunch. Ordered the Dried Tomato Hummus -- outstanding and served with warm, grilled pita. Entrees at the table included chickpea fritter souvlaki and orzo and shrimp -- both were...More

One of the smoothest tzatzikis I have eaten. Lovely lamb burger. My wife's lemon chicken was delicious (but too much potato). Friendly staff. We had a great evening here.

If it's all about the food and the service - this is the best Greek in Manhattan. I've had Greek in Astoria - little Greece, but this really gave it a run for its money. It's elegant food, amazing service - Reesa was our server...More

Second visit here - slim pickings for reasonable quality food in NYC especially on UWS where bland food is in. The demise of TLV nearby means even fewer places so if you are looking for mediteranean food Id suggest you come here. Good lunch specials...More

To be succinct. The cocktails were mediocre, they read better than the execution. The food was ok. The calamari was good, the grilled octopus wasn't so good - rather more mushy in the center than I like. The mixed grill was mixed indeed. It consisted...More
