Located in the old Chelsea Commons space at Tenth and 24th, this restaurant caught me eye almost as soon as it was opened by chef Ralf Kuettel. Since he's a native of Switzerland and serves Swiss and American fare, and I once lived in Switzerland, I love this place. Expose brick walls, wonderful food, a welcoming atmosphere - what could... We had plans to go elsewhere but ended up 6 blocks away from our destination with time running short, so we looked at Trestle on Tenth's menu and decided to go for it. I had a warm chicken salad and my friend had a burger. Both were tasty and served in an appropriate serving size so we left satisfied but... More

This is my second time here. I wonder why, as a Swiss restaurant, they only offer fondue one day per week. Our food was very good but our waiter seemed to want to be anyplace else but waiting on us. Great atmosphere, nice spirits list.

We were nearby for an event about a block away and none of us knew the area, so I pulled up Google Maps and searched the area for restaurants and found this gem, based on it's reviews, their website and the menu within. First, it is a very cozy, nice looking environment, with real brick walls, various wood elements and... More

We just bumped into this place. Terrific cheese plate, homemade pickles, crusty bread. Try the bloody Mary with pickle juice. Had standard fare--turkey sandwich & crab cakes sandwich--each had touches that made them special. Service couldn't have been nicer. Quiet enough to have conversation without shouting.

We had breakfast there over the weekend. I can say it was good. The poached eggs were excellent. I didn't fall in love with anything else. The cafe is cute and in a nice spot.

Absolutely everything we had was delicious! We had the steak tartare, gnocchi, lamb burger, and steak! Can't pick a favorite they were all so so good! The cocktails were also great, the bartender was very precise on his ingredients and they were so fresh!

We visited this bar whilst walking the area. It was clean and well set-out, and the staff were professional but not friendly or personable. They weren't rude in any way, and were prompt and attentive, but there were no smiles. I felt this would have led to a slightly more relaxed atmosphere.

Excellent quality food no matter what you order. We had duck and fish among others and all were delicious. The service was very accommodating when we arrived with 8 people for a reservation for 6 on a crowded evening. The accommodations are a bit tight and it can get noisy, but we found that the food quality was worth it.
