Food was very good, and reasonably priced. Service & attentiveness fell quite a bit short - waiter never once even stopped by to see if we needed anything or to refill water.

While in New York we decided to try the Peking Duck House to experience a restaurant in China Town. We love Chinese food in general and this restaurant was superb. The waiters spoke broken english and 80% of the customers were Asian which provided an authentic feel. We will return when we are in New York City again.

One of the best places to eat Peking duck,it has been around for a long time and it's well known for the high quality of the dishes, cleanliness and great service. The Peking duck served in 3 different styles is great but be prepared to pay dearly for it. We loves the tiny thin pancakes with scallions and oyster sauce to... More

Very complete higher class Chinese cuisine. Peking Duck is the specialty and carved at your table. Full menu of seafood, meat and chicken dishes. Staff is helpful in explaining dishes.

I had the fried crispy duck, it was dried out. The Chinese broccoli with oyster sauce was decent. The steamed rice, was average - overall, friendly service with average food.

We were dropped of at the The Peking Duck House and we were not disappointed at the service, food or price at this restaurant, every table was full we didn't have a long wait for our food and we left having... I went with my classmates for Peking Duck on a Sunday morning. For $33 per person you get a soup, one dumpling and a beef on a stick with 2 entree and of course the crispy duck. Other places will give you the white bun to wrap the duck but this place gives you the round wrap. The wrap is... More

Staying in Chinatown

Neighbourhood Profile
Bursting with an amazing array of sights, sounds, and smells on every block, a visit to Chinatown feels like entering a different world. It’s a colorful spectacle that gets even more crowded on weekends, when families stream in to enjoy huge dim sum feasts and to stock up at the markets on Mott Street. To take a break from the buzz, grab something sweet from one of the many bakeries in the area and head to Columbus Park, where many Chinatown residents exercise, play games, and chat the day away.
