My daughter and I brought my granddaughter and her two fairy godmothers for tea last weekend after I saw a recommendation online of things to do with children in New York. It was fine as we we were directly seated but the menus were confusing...More

This was the perfect place for a lunchtime splurge. The tea was excellent, as expected, and served in beautiful mixed china. The scones were delicious, as was the intensely flavored ham served with them. We also enjoyed our sandwiches. The prices will look a bit...More

The scones are absolutely delicious. I had the pumpkin and buttermilk and can’t recommend them enough. The tea was also delicious and the decor was cool. It is a smaller restaurant so calling ahead might be a good idea.

The place don’t look like Alice at all - and the food is just not worth the price at all. More than 20 bucks for a crock monsieur done with industrial bread - no taste... The worst ice tea ever drunk - to bad for...More

First time here and was mesmerised by the cozy place with vintage tea cups! The blueberry cheese scone was amazing, with the original Alice tea blend!

Website makes it look cute and quaint. In reality, it was a small cramped dumpy place in a basement. We arrived a little early for our reservation and were seated, We were told because it was in between breakfast and lunch our food would take...More

Not at the outlet at west end. You will to go down a flight of steps to get to the cafe. They have another outlet in the east side but I have not been there, so not sure. Perhaps you can give them a call and check.

We didn't have a reservation and simply waited 10 minutes. This was for breakfast about 10am.
