The sushi here is amazing! Definitely recommend this place. Also go when it's happy hour, I believe 3pm-6pm and you won't be disappointed. Good deals! Very nice place to go with friends or to take that special someone.

I'm a huge sushi fan, and have been eating it since 1985, mostly throughout the United States. I went to lunch at Haru for the first time on a Sunday afternoon, and it was absolutely the best sushi I ever had. I got the Sushi and Sashimi combo, just to try everything. It was delicious, with generous pieces. And beautifully... More

We love Sushi so we try it everywhere we go! We did not have good luck at the beginning of our NY trip until a friend recommended Haru! Love the combo plates! We got to try a little of everything for a great price. Best part fish was fresh!

It is a bit pricey but the service, the offering, the choices are great. don;t go for the normal sushi, but try the chef's recommendations and specials.

When we were in NY in June 2016, our lunch at Haru Sushi on Broadway was a good meal. That is why we decided to return for dinner this time when we visited NY again. But, what a disappointment it was! The gyoza we ordered was soft (despite being hot) and ingredients were too salty. Our order of California King... More

Haru has a number of branches and all have fresh sushi, prompt service and noisy ambiance. Our sushi and the tempura were both excellent, the waiter efficient and the bill not outrageous. We have eaten at other Haru branches and this one is equal to them.

I chose to eat at Haru in part because It received such good reviews here. I visited on a Tuesday night close to 7pm and it was super busy. I was happy to have been seated right away and my server was nice. That said, the food disappointed. I ordered the duck spring roll and while tasty it was greasy... More

Japanese food was served fast, service was very good but food ( "frutti di mare ") was prepared probably a long time before serving - it was covered with a dry film .....

Neighbourhood Profile
This is the iconic New York that so many visitors imagine before they visit—spectacular skyscrapers like the Chrysler Building and Empire State Building, iconic public buildings like Grand Central Terminal and the New York Public Library, and the non-stop hustle and bustle of the city streets. Fifth Avenue is a shopper's heaven where you can find every kind of store imaginable, with fashion brands ranging from the affordable to the ultra-fancy. Visit the Rockefeller Center to experience towering Art Deco grandeur, and foodies will love the busy restaurants that stay open late in Koreatown. After dark, Midtown calms down a bit, but at any time of day or night it still feels 100% New York.
