Ok, it is not the fanciest looking place but who cares about that when they have the yummiest Vietnamese food on the whole city! Overall experience was awesome, service was friendly, prices were affordable, food was awesome and it DID taste like actual Vietnamese food! The pho was simply out of this planet and the chicken lemongrass just the perfect... More

The restaurant is vietnamese and the plates are very well prepared. The food is pretty good as well as The service - people there are very welcoming and always ready to help with any questions on the menu which looks different but in fact all is very easy to choose and eat. Amasing experience! Everyone should try it!

We arrived at 9:30 PM on a Sunday (after walking more than a mile looking for a place to have dinner), so the restaurant was almost empty. Service was quick and polite. My chicken with black chinese mushroom in oyster sauce was tasty but not spicy, just the way I wanted it. The suggested white rice went well with it.... More

Read a few review saying how good this is. Far from it. We ordered beef with watercress, no watercress. Chicken with lemongrass, no lemongrass. So on and so on.... This is mediocre Chinese food masquerading as Vietnamese. Stay away.

Ate here a few times, but my most recent visit was for takeout. The pork chop bun rice vermicelli is one of my favorites. The pho is quite good as well. We also enjoyed the tofu, mushroom, with okra in lemon grass sauce. Delicious food.

We had a fabulous dinner - pho ga, spring rolls and a seafood casserole with garlic broccoli. Just like being back in Vietnam and decent wine and beer. Very good value

The first sip of the broth was so flavorful and amazing but as I got closer to the end of the soup, it seemed to be not as good as the first sip. Nevertheless, it's one of the best phô I've ever had! Will DEFINITELY be coming back! It's also really cheap, paid $9 with tax and tip!

This is a great little restaurant a block or so off Canal Street. They have authentic Vietnamese food and a great selection of noodle soups. There is nothing better on a cold fall or winter day than a satisfying bowl of noodle soup and this place has great options.

The Pho here was really great and fresh! The sake was refreshing. What better place to get Pho than China Town! I will definitely return when back in NYC

Staying in Chinatown

Neighbourhood Profile
Bursting with an amazing array of sights, sounds, and smells on every block, a visit to Chinatown feels like entering a different world. It’s a colorful spectacle that gets even more crowded on weekends, when families stream in to enjoy huge dim sum feasts and to stock up at the markets on Mott Street. To take a break from the buzz, grab something sweet from one of the many bakeries in the area and head to Columbus Park, where many Chinatown residents exercise, play games, and chat the day away.
